Off Season Golf Exercises Do Them This Winter

One of the best things you can do this off season is golf exercises. If your winter weather is non-golfable, then there is no better time than now to implement an off season golf workout program.

Don’t be overwhelmed and intimidated at the thought of an exercise program. I’m not talking about going to a gym and spending 2 hours grunting, groaning and sweating. I’m referring to fun, effective, in-home exercises you do with minimal equipment, that won’t cost you an arm-and-a-leg.

The problem with most fitness trainers and so-called guru’s is they do not understand that golfers want to play golf, hit balls and take lessons, and the last on the list is fitness. So they set up too difficult to accomplish programs that get golfers frustrated and quitting before they see any benefit.

I’ve always said that something is better than nothing, so starting very, very easy, just a couple of minutes a day is very achievable and can build up confidence to adhering long-term. This involves exercises with light handweights, exercise tubing and a fitness ball. That’s it! No gym. No fancy equipment. No embarrassment or intimidation in a public facility.

If you want more power and distance in your golf swing, you must focus on golf-specific strength AND stretch exercises, especially core rotational exercises, as this will increase clubhead speed.

Here’s a shameless plug and question for you.

Would you spend $27 this offseason when you’ve got more time, since you’re not playing, to get on a golf training program, that not only will add distance and consistency to your golf swing, but you will FEEL BETTER too! How’s that sound?

If so, I’ve got a downloadable Power Golf Training ebook that you can have on your computer in less than 5 minutes for a whopping $27. You game? If so, click on the image below to go get the ebook.
