You may cancel your entry up to one week prior to the tournament and receive a full refund of your entry fee. If you wish to cancel your entry less than one week before the tournament, your entry fee is forfeited, unless a replacement team is found. This replacement team may be provided by the canceling entrant. If another team signs up after your cancellation request, your entry fee may be returned. Any specific replacement team is found by the entrant, the team must specify who they are replacing.
